Luciano was okay. I think that overall he needs to work on what it means to go beyond what’s expected in terms of hospitality for the buyer. I wasn’t offered anything such as water, snack, whatever. I was in Austin from out of town and broke down with a transmission issue. These awesome folks got me back on the road the same day so that I could drive home and sleep in my own bed that night. Great speed and service! As with all Subaru dealerships, they are super dog friendly. I broke down with my service animal in the car, and she had a great time in their onsite dog park.

Great service, people, communication. Drive ALL the way across town to NOT do biz with the dealer on Burnet as they oversell on maintenance and do unauthorized work. City Limits not only did great work but did some nice extra favors to make things next level. Most of all, they were HONEST! The nature of my repair set them up to sell me another 1000$ of parts and labor that MIGHT have been required for my issue. They ordered the parts and then did NOT use them. Integrity.

We really enjoyed our experience at City Limits Subaru! Everyone was super friendly! Austin was our salesman and Michael was our finance guy. Austin knew we were coming from out of town and made sure the car was ready for us to view upon arrival. He helped us work to get a good deal on a used car and make sure we were within our budget. We did have a bit of a wait to go into finance but that’s to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. They both kept checking in on us and were very apologetic about the wait. There is a cafe and kids room/playground which was fantastic to help us keep our kiddos entertained and still relax while we waited. Michael was very knowledgeable in the various options for finance and warranties. He also worked to make sure we stayed on budget and wasn’t pushy on making offers. He knew we were from out of town and made sure we got something that would work for us where we live.
Great experience buying a car with Shelby. She was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating through test-driving a pretty excessive amount of vehicles. Negotiating/financing conversations felt respectful and in good faith without any pressuring or sleezy sales tactics. They were competent and organized throughout the process. I would buy a car here again. What I assumed was going to be a rather annoying process ended up being a relatively pleasant afternoon.

Earlier this week, our daughter was driving home from north Texas w/ our grandson to Central Texas for a visit. Halfway through the trip, her car A/C went out. After she arrived up and told me about the issue, I called up City Limits Subaru and spoke to Will Aguillon in the service department. I explained my daughter's situation to him. I said she would need a vehicle to get home after the weekend and was hoping it could be repaired before she headed back to N. Texas. He asked that we bring the vehicle in that day (6/25/26) for a diagnosis and he'd expedite the repair pending approval from management. Will sent me a quote that evening and I okayed the repair.
I get a call from Will the evening of Thursday (6/26/26) saying the vehicle is repaired; that meant parts were available and no waiting for a delivery truck. That was a fast, expedited repair! All I can say is Will, the service department and City Limits Subaru went above and beyond to get my daughter's vehicle road worthy. By the way, the A/C is now probably the coldest it's ever been. City Limits Subaru is worthy of one's business. 5 stars for the service department and the business.
The best buying new car buying experience in my life! This people redefined what buying a new car is. Memory, our sales person was extremely nice. She made the difference between buying a new Honda or a Subaru. Efficient, fast, never pushy and to the point. O messing around with having to go back to the manager for a better price. No add ons which is rare in this day and age. City limits Subaru has gained a new customer.

Nice. Really like having my car returned washed and looking better. Jacob and others have always been good about keeping me updated. Coffee, etc. is a bonus. This last time, I was given a loaner car, which helped me out.
We had a great experience buying our fifth Subaru. Our third one from y’all. Diego was a great salesman! They made a deal we could not refuse. The finance guy was great also. We are very pleased!
Diego and the sakes manger Guillermo were great 5 stars. The finance manager was lacking. 1 star for him.
This is by far my favorite Subaru dealership. They were kind, efficient, very thorough and very FAST. I was able to get a same-day appointment and they completed the service well within the estimated time. They went above and beyond in following up on an issue. They also have a fully-stocked food / espresso kiosk and a large, quiet waiting room. Three thumbs up!

I recently had service at City Limits and was pleased, once again. Everything that needed to be done was explained and prices quoted, so there were no surprises. I was also updated on progress. The waiting room is very comfortable.

Highly recommend City Limits Subaru if you want a stress-free car buying experience. Also they had free snacks like salted caramel biscotti. It's almost worth the trip just to score some free snacks.

Worked with Shelby. I came by CL Subaru twice after visiting 6 other dealerships in the area. I ended up purchasing my first EV last night and it was a pleasant experience. I never felt pressured, not once, and the service team was very, very patient with me. Multiple rounds of negotiations got me to a price point I could afford.

Not only is this the largest Subaru dealership in North America, but it is the best Subaru dealership in North America. I’ve been coming here for about two years now, and they have the best staff and service. Eddie helped figure out a way for us to take home the car we really wanted but was slightly over budget, Carin is always so helpful and informative, and Savannah kills it in the cafe with her barista skills. Very appreciative of these folks here in Buda!!

I am enjoying everything about this dealership and my Forrester. The dealership is close is easy to access. Everyone from the Service Center Advisors, Sales Dept., and Customer Service are excellent. I am super pleased with my vehicle and look forward to relaxing in the lounge which waiting for my vehicle to get serviced. Super Professional!
All in all, I am happy with this dealership and my Subaru. Some of the communication from service advisors can be improved so that customers retain clarity on the process.

Saw a pre-owned car on the lot after seeing multiple cars on the motor mile in austin. Was so disappointed in so many trade ins with high mileage and were still so expensive! The vehicle I saw at Subaru not only had low miles but was priced right and was actually affordable! The staff made the process so easy and they put all the decisions in your hands. Very professional staff. I was able to look at and drive the cars I was interested in within 15 of when we arrived. Staff offered coffee and other refreshments. Most importantly did not ask any stupid questions. Facility is very pretty. Subaru is definitely going hard on the whole dog and fighting cancer theme. Probably among the smoothest and least stressful experiences. Diego is a natural. Absolute professional.
I went for Freon smell from a/c. They did some work and charged me ~150$. The smell is still there. Came back the next day. You guys are about 40 miles away from my house this is why I can't constantly keep on going back (even told the mechanic person that I am far away)
